Le Poulet

Terms and Conditions

Last updated 10 September 2026

These are the rules for ordering from Le Poulet through our app. They are short and in plain language on purpose. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

The Le Poulet restaurant sells the food you order here and is the party you are contracting with. The app was built for us by Progressive SARL, who provide the software but do not sell the food.

Delivery

Pickup

Come to the restaurant once the app says your order is ready. Freshly cooked food does not wait well — if you have not collected it after a reasonable time we may not be able to keep it for you.

Deals and offers

Changes and cancellations

Once you have placed an order, you cannot cancel it from the app. If you need to change or cancel, call the restaurant straight away — before the kitchen starts on it we can usually help. The restaurant can also cancel an order it has already accepted (if an item runs out, for example); you will see the reason in the app, and you pay nothing for an order that was never delivered.

Food, allergies and your health

Allergies: our kitchen handles gluten, sesame, nuts, dairy, eggs and other common allergens on shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of a given allergen. If you have an allergy, tell us in the order notes and call us before ordering. If a reaction would be serious, please do not rely on the app alone.

Please eat hot food promptly and refrigerate anything you keep.

Using the app properly

Availability

We try to keep the app running whenever the restaurant is open, but we cannot promise it will never be down or interrupted. When the restaurant is closed you can still browse the menu — you just cannot place an order until we reopen.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for serving you food of the quality you are entitled to expect, and nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Lebanese consumer law. Where the law allows us to limit it, our responsibility for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for losses outside our reasonable control — road closures, power or internet outages, or a delay caused by an address or phone number that turned out to be wrong.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, and the Lebanese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. Whenever possible we would much rather sort a problem out over the phone — call us first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in force is whichever is published here when you place your order.
